Terms for electronic services
Rules for using quick-personalservice.eu and the online forms provided by QUICK-Personalservice Adrian Badoń.
1. Service provider
The service provider is QUICK-Personalservice Adrian Badoń, ul. Warszawska 40 lok. 2A, 40-008 Katowice, Poland, Polish tax ID (NIP) 9691679044, REGON 544987960, email: office@quick-personalservice.eu. QUICK-Personalservice Adrian Badoń is registered in the Polish Register of Employment Agencies (KRAZ) under number 35869.
2. Legal basis for these terms
These terms are made available under Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2024, item 1513). Employment-placement activity is also governed by the Polish Act of 20 March 2025 on the labour market and employment services (Journal of Laws 2025, item 620, as amended), including Article 305 (scope of employment-agency activity and the distinction between employment placement and temporary work), Article 319 (non-discrimination), Article 321 (candidate charges), Article 324 (the duty to state the KRAZ registration number in documents, advertisements and job offers), and Article 338 (referral to work abroad with foreign employers).
3. Electronic services covered
The website allows users to view information and job openings, submit candidate profiles, contact and callback requests, employer recruitment enquiries, team enquiries and reviews. QUICK provides recruitment and employment placement. QUICK is not the candidate's employer and does not supply its own workers to clients. The employment relationship is entered into directly with the identified employer.
4. Technical requirements
Use requires an internet-connected device and a current browser supporting HTTPS, HTML5 and JavaScript. CV uploads may be PDF, DOC or DOCX files up to 8 MB. Users are responsible for the security of their own device and connection.
5. Starting and ending use
Access to website content begins when a page is opened and ends when the user leaves the website. A form service begins when the form is used and lasts for the time needed to receive and process the submission. Users may stop before submitting. Submitting a form does not guarantee employment, presentation to a particular employer or entry into a contract.
6. Acceptable use
Users must provide accurate, current and relevant information. Unlawful content, infringement of third-party rights, malicious code, spam and attempts to bypass security controls are prohibited. Do not send data QUICK has not requested, in particular national identification numbers, identity-document numbers or special-category personal data.
7. Employment placement
QUICK provides recruitment and employment placement only. For placement into work abroad, the candidate is referred directly to the identified foreign employer. Before an actual referral, QUICK completes the steps required by Articles 321 and 338 of the Polish labour-market act, including the required written agreements and information. Submitting an online form is not itself an actual referral to work.
8. Candidate charges
The public website and its forms are free for candidates. QUICK does not charge candidates a commission for access to job offers or employment placement itself. In a cross-border referral, only actual costs expressly permitted by Article 338(3)(16) of the Polish act may be charged, and only where they are set out in the required written agreement.
9. Complaints about electronic services
Complaints about the operation of the website or handling of a form may be sent to office@quick-personalservice.eu. Include a description of the issue, when it occurred and contact details for a response. QUICK handles complaints without undue delay and aims to respond within 14 days; where further investigation is needed, a response will follow after that review is complete.
10. Privacy
Legal bases, recipients, retention periods and individual rights are explained in the Privacy policy.
11. Availability and liability
QUICK aims to keep the website available but may temporarily restrict access for technical, security or maintenance reasons. Job information relates to specific recruitment processes. Binding employment terms are those set out in documents provided to the candidate and by the direct employer. QUICK does not guarantee employment.
12. Non-discrimination
QUICK conducts employment placement in accordance with the non-discrimination requirement set out in particular in Article 319 of the Polish Act on the labour market and employment services. Selection criteria must be genuinely related to the role and comply with applicable law.
13. Changes and contact
The current version remains available on the website. Changes do not affect acquired rights and normally apply to electronic services started after the updated version is published, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Contact: office@quick-personalservice.eu. Legal status reviewed as at 30 August 2026. Version: 2026-08-30-v5.
