Scope of services
QUICK provides recruitment and employment placement. QUICK does not employ candidates, pay their wages or supply its own workers to clients. The candidate enters into the employment or other relevant work relationship directly with the identified employer. If a foreign employment agency is QUICK's client and that agency itself becomes the direct employer, QUICK remains solely the recruitment and placement intermediary.
Legal basis for placement activity
Employment-agency activity is governed by the Polish Act of 20 March 2025 on the labour market and employment services (Journal of Laws 2025, item 620, as amended). Under Article 305(2)(1)(a) together with Article 338, employment placement includes referring people to work abroad with foreign employers. QUICK also follows the non-discrimination rule in Article 319, the candidate-charge rules in Article 321 and the Article 324 requirement to state the KRAZ registration number in agency documents, advertisements and job offers.
Cross-border employment placement
Under Article 338, an actual referral to work abroad is made directly to the identified foreign employer and on the basis of the required written agreement with the person being referred before referral. QUICK also enters into the required written agreement with the foreign employer and provides the information and translations required by law. The online form does not replace this statutory documentation.
Candidate charges
QUICK does not charge candidates a placement commission for access to jobs or for employment placement itself. Under Article 321 together with Article 338(3)(16), a cross-border referral may involve only actually incurred costs expressly allowed by the statute: outbound and return travel, visa issuance, medical examinations and document translation – and only where they are properly specified in the required written agreement.
Equal treatment
QUICK does not use discriminatory selection criteria. Recruitment criteria must be genuinely connected with the requirements of the role and comply with applicable law, including Article 319 of the Polish labour-market act.
Website information
Job advertisements describe specific recruitment processes. Publication of a role or submission of a form does not guarantee employment. Binding conditions are set out in documents provided to the candidate and arrangements with the direct employer. Legal status reviewed as at 30 August 2026.
