Purposes
Candidate data is used to handle applications, contact candidates and match profiles to active recruitment processes. Employer data is used to handle staffing requests.
Legal bases
Depending on the situation, processing may rely on steps requested before entering into a contract / handling the placement service, legal obligations, legitimate interests for security and legal claims, and voluntary consent for future recruitment.
Future recruitment
If you opt in, QUICK may keep your profile for up to 12 months and contact you about future matching recruitment opportunities. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential mechanisms remain active because they are required for the website to function correctly. Users can accept all available categories or keep only essential technologies. The website keeps basic first-party server-side traffic statistics without analytics or advertising cookies and without storing full IP addresses. The cookie choice is stored locally in the browser and can be reopened through “Cookie settings” in the footer. External analytics tools introduced later should only be activated in line with the privacy preference selected by the user.
Recipients
Data may be shared with hosting and IT providers acting for QUICK and, in a specific recruitment process, with prospective employers or recruitment partners where necessary.
CV data minimisation
Do not include national ID numbers, health data or other information that is not needed to assess professional qualifications.
Website reviews
If you voluntarily submit a review, we process the name, review text and star rating for publication on the website. QUICK may hide or remove only spam, unlawful content, unnecessary personal data or content unrelated to the experience being reviewed. Whether a review is positive or negative is not a publication criterion. You can ask QUICK to remove your review at any time.
Retention
Data relating to a current application may be retained for up to 6 months and, where voluntary consent for future recruitment is given, for up to 12 months, subject to legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Your rights
Depending on the legal basis, you may have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent and the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority.
Security
We use organisational and technical measures designed to protect personal data. Access to candidate documents and the administration area is restricted to authorised persons.
